She has been a keynote speaker and panel member at many conferences including MJBizCon. Black Legend Capital (BLC) has over 50 years of experience in Investment Banking in the oil and gas, consumer products, healthcare, and cannabis sectors, with transactions ranging from $10 million to $6 billion worldwide
Internationally recognized, Denis Contri has 30 years of experience in the cultivation, extraction, and genetics of GMP medical cannabis, developing cultivation protocols in line with international and national regulations. He has created and registered 514 genetics with the Colombian government for medical use. Denis Contri is the founder of Pideka SAS, the first GMP and GACP certified cultivation facility for medical production in Colombia. Previously, he founded Ganja Farm in 2014, which became the first legally established cannabis pharmacy in Colombia

·Carlo Agresti provides political support to Green Legend Farm thanks to his knowledge and political activity, in service of the community, carried out by his family over the last 50 years, which has allowed him to have the support of some deputies and some senators from both political sides. As for the relationship with territorial policies, Agresti collaborates with regional councilors. Agresti has important connections with trade associations and relationships with individual Italian regions, through the various Health Departments of each region: this will be essential for agreements with Italian hospitals.
Graduated with honors in Law from the Federico II University of Naples, Roberto Sparano has gained international experience working in London, Brussels, and New York at renowned law firms. He has been a consultant for the Authority for Communications Guarantees in matters of competition in the TMT sector, M&A, private equity, and finance, acquiring experience in complex corporate projects, both distressed and cross-border. Sparano specializes in legal advice for private equity and venture capital investments, as well as in the establishment of alternative real estate and asset investment funds. He also assists start-ups and innovative SMEs in investment and fundraising activities, including Crowdfunding, Initial Coin Offerings, and Private Placement

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Florence, Michele Agriesti is an expert in tax and corporate matters and has worked as a chartered accountant, statutory auditor, and auditor of local authorities with over 25 years of experience. Previously, Michele Agriesti was a financial partner of Fibranova (later merged with MyFibers)
